A fast-paced circuit that combines strength and endurance through higher-volume, interval-style training. You will work through a series of exercises, repeat the round, and hit an AMRAP in the middle to challenge your pace and intensity. Each round will focus on the total body, lower body, or upper body and will end with Tabata burnout.
