This class combines lower-body strength, core stability, balance, and low-impact conditioning in a circuit format. Designed to be scalable for all fitness levels, the program allows newer exercisers to build confidence while experienced members can increase intensity through load, tempo, and effort. You'll work hard, break a sweat, and build the strength and endurance needed for everyday life, sports, and long-term health.
