Move Well Monday

Kick off your week with a full-body movement class by the water. We'll combine mobility training, strength work, balance challenges, isometric holds, and functional movement patterns designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and improve overall fitness. Suitable for all levels. Please bring a yoga mat and a towel. Class will be held at Canal Commons.
