Move Well Monday Kick off your week with a full-body movement class by the water. We'll combine mobility training, strength work, balance challenges, isometric holds, and functional movement patterns designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and improve overall fitness. Suitable for all levels.
Please bring a yoga mat and a towel. Class will be held at Canal Commons.

Performance Studio with Stace
Mean & Lean A fast-paced circuit that combines strength and endurance through higher-volume, interval-style training. You will work through a series of exercises, repeat the round, and hit an AMRAP in the middle to challenge your pace and intensity. Each round will focus on the total body, lower body, or upper body and will end with Tabata burnout.

Yoga Studio with Yin - Starting 1/19/26 on Monday at 18:00
Yin Attention all members who may be interested in delving deeper into their
yoga practice and unlock wisdom to wake up their body, move energy and
use the breath to calm your nervous system. This class incorporates yin
poses (longer holds), and traditional asana poses.
We also encourage beginners and fitness-minded individuals to check out
this class because we were all beginners, all need to calm our nervous
system and yoga is for EVERYONE!
